GAS POISONING.
AUCKLAND FATALITY. (By Teleg-raph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. William McKiernan, 41, single, died in hospital this morning from gas poisoning. On Tuesday night he left his bed to close the window, and evidently knooked the stuffing out of a gas pipe. He returned to bed, but in the morning was found unconscious.
