BLOOM BEATS MORGAN. s WINS ON A FOUL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. The professional welter-weight contest between Ted Morgan (Wellington), 10.0, and Lou Bloom (America), 9..114, ended in the fourth round, Bloom winning on a foul. Tiie winner cleverly blocked the Wellingtonian's left, but an alleged foul in the opening round seriously affected his display. He frequentlyappealed aaginst .Morgan’s low hitting. it was announced before the bout that Morgan has been matched against Artie Hay for the midlle-weight title in June.
