EASTER TRIPS.
INFORMATION FOR MOTORISTS. The signposting patrol has returned from an extensive tour of the Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, East Coast districts, Taupo and Rotorua, where he has erected a number of new signs for the guidance of motorists. It is the aim of the Auckland Automobile Association to extend its services to all parts of the district. Dur- > ing the Easter holiday period patrols Will be stationed at Hamilton, Te Kuiti, Rotorua, Paeroa, AVellsford, and in Auckland. From these centres they will daily patrol various main roads in all directions. If fine weather prevails no trouble is anticipated, but in the event of heavy rain these patrols will be in the position to give invaluable assistance.
