HAMILTON KENNEL CLUB, j i | THE ANNUAL MEETING. BEST DOG GLASS CRITICISED. There was a fair attendance at the jj annual meeting of the Hamilton Ken- i net Club, which was held last night. The chair was occupied by the presi- t dent, Mr D. D. Wilson. ' j Commenting- upon the activities of i the past year, Mr Wilson said that a p feature of the club's working was the [i excellent state of Die finances, as was |; disclosed by the annual statement of -j----accounts. For the first time in sev- f oral years a substantial credit balance ji was shown, and this reflected great ji credit on the management of the exe- f! cutive officers, particularly the secro- f; tary, Miss Phyllis Anchor, who had devoted much of her time to her work. ! j j; As a result of her efforts, expenses j | | had been kept at a minimum, and, be- j | | sides this, the many duties which ac- I j L company a secretarial position had |; j; heen faithfully carried out.
