Apple -Chutnay.—lngredients: ,21b. green apples, ilb. tomatoes (green), Jib. raisins or dates, 3 onions, ioz. garlic. loz. ground ginger, Jib. brown sugar, Jib. salt, ioz. mustard, 1 quart vinegar. Method: Stone raisins and dales, mince finely, also the apples. Put with all other ingredients into a saucepan, stir well and cook for 3 or 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Bottle and cork well. When cold it is ready for use. . ~
