MAORI YOUTHS PLEAD GUILTY. TWO SENT TO GAOL. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel.—Copyright. DARGAVILLE, Thursday. At the. Magistrate’s Court to-day, before Mr G. N. Morris, S.M., three Maori youths, Jack Anania, Watakina Tohu and Marsel Welsh, were charged with appropriating a car, the property of Harry W. Page, from his garage at Awakino Point. They pleaded guilty, and were sentenced as follows :—Anania, two months for breaking his probation order and one month for being drunk while in charge of a car; Tohu, one month; Welsh, a fine of £2, and to refund the cost of benzine, £lO 10s.
