RESIGNATION WITHDRAWN. — Sir Robert and Lady Hutchison during a recent visit to Monte Carlo. Sir Robert, who is Chief Liberal Whip, resigned this office after the division in the House of Commons on the Coal Mines Bill. Thursday’s cable news, however, states that he withdrew his resignation at the Liberal caucus.
