CLAIM FOR MAINTENANCE. NEW ZEALAND ORDER RESISTED. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel.—Copyright LONDON, Nov. 12. Arthur Shirley, of Sydney, an actor, appeared at the Clerltenwell Court and opposed a New Zealand order of £5 5s weekly for his wife’s maintenance and £SO arrears. The Court remitted the depositions to New Zealand.
