BAIL AGAIN REFUSED. SUSPICIONS OF SPURIOUS STOCK. (Australian Press Association.) (Received Oct. 9, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 8. His Honour, Mr .Justice MacNaughten, in the Vocation Court, refused an application for bail for Hairy and his co-defendants. The committee of the Slock Exchange advised the holders of suspended Hatry securities to ascertain without delay if their holdings are genuine, and to inform the committee. Meanwhile the settlement in Lhese holdings is further postponed beyond Uctober 24.
