The pay-out of Is 10id per lb hutterfat by the Waitoitoi dairy factory in Taranaki, which is claimed as a Dominion record for the past season, has been exceeded by the Edendale factory, which returned Is 10 3-8 d per lb butterfat to its suppliers. The Edendale factory sold its output of cheese from the beginning of the season to December at 9 9-16 d per lb, and to the end of the season at 9 3-l Gd. TROPHIES FOR FACTORIES.
