EVIDENCE TOO FLIMSY.
MAGISTRATE DISMISSES CHARGE. IDLE AND DISORDERLY. Holding that the police evidence was too flimsy for him to enter a conviction, His Worship, Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., dismissed a charge of idle and disorderly conduct against Charles Sullivan in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning. The police slated that Sullivan bad been loitering about the town since Monday, but defendant told his Worship that he -had been living in Hamilton for 15 years and had never given trouble to anyone.
