(Received August 31, 10.10 a.nt.) CANBERRA, August 31. An electrical atmosphere prevailed in the House t’pf Representatives during the arbitration debate. Labour members shouted defiance during Mr Parkhill’s attempt to justify the Government’s policy. Mr Mann, in opposing the Bill, made a slashing attack on Mr Bruce before packed benches.
