RUGBY IN HAMILTON.
THE JUNIOR GAME. OLD BOYS B DEFEAT MARIST. The curtain-raiser, Marist Juniors v. Old Boys B Juniors, was not a good exhibition of football, both teams mulling badly on occasions. Marist decidedly had the better of the first spell, but after the interval Old Boys B brightened up and had the margin of attack. The game ended with the tallies: — Old Boys B 12 Marist 9 THIRD GRADE MATCH. Frankton and Technical played a drawn game, with no points on cither side. MATCH CALLED OFF. The sehior game in the Clarke Cup competition, between Technical Old Boys and City, which was scheduled to start at 1.30 p.m., was called off, as both teams could not obtain sufficient players.
