Mr. E. A. James, who for the past 23 years lias been actively associated with the Reform Party, for several years past in the capacity of the Dominion secretary of the Reform League, is resigning his position, on account of increasing ill-health, at the end of September. Mr. James will he succeeded as Dominion secretary by Mr. A. E. Mandcr, who until recently was Workers’ Educational Association lecturer for Victoria University College.
