Well-informed circles at Downing Street confirm the Washington reports of the progress of the naval discussions, about which General Dawes further conferred with Mr Ramsay MacDonald to-day. it is learned that an agreement is likely to be announced within the next ten days, after which the other European naval Powers will he consulted. There will perhaps he important developments at Genoa.
