GOLDEN WEDDING.
CELEBRATED AT HAMILTON,
MR AND MRS PHEASANT,
The golden wedding of Mr and Mrs George Pheasant,’ of Willoughby Street, Whitiora, was celebrated on Tuesday.
Born in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and married at Islington, London, Mr and Mrs Pheasant, who arc now in their 70th and 80th year respectively, after living in England for many years came out to New' Zealand 22 years ago. For the past 20 years they have lived in Hamilton, where Mr Pheasant has carried on his trade as carpenter and joiner. The family comprises two sons and two daughters, Mr William Pheasant, of Mackay, Queensland, Mr Albert John Pheasant, of Whitiora, Hamilton, and Mcsdames R. Armsworth and H. Bickley, of Durban, South Africa.
