MAN ACCIDENTALLY SHOT. ATTACKED BY A BEAR. (By Telegraph. —Press Assn.. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association,. ROAIE, August 10. A tragic incident has occurred in the Arctic. The crew of the steamer Balleniere were searching for traces of the lost members of the crew of the airship Italia on the coast of Spitzbergen. Three men, exhausted after a march of 400 miles, were attacked by a hunger-maddened hear. Captain Albertini, commander of the expedition, rushed to Hie eld of the men. He slipped on the treacherous ice as he ran and his ride exploded, fatally wounding one of the three men.
