ROTORUA TOURNAMENT. THE LIST CLOSED. The' list, for the Rotoru' 1 golf tournament has been closed. Late entries will be placed on a supplementary list, and, in the event of any vacancies occurring through withdrawal or default, will be given preference in the order of their receipt. GLEN MASSEY CLUB. The fine golfing weather experienced induced a very large number of ladles to turn out and many interesting matches were played. The ladies’ final for the trophies presented by Mesdames Dodds and McDowell was played, Mesdames S. Davies and W. Cavanagh defeating Mrs T. Jackson and Miss Holmes, 3 up and 2. Visit to Welngaro. A large number of the Glen Massey players paid an all-day visit to the Waingaro links at the w-eek-end, and, favoured with brilliant w-eather, spent a most enjoyable day. On their arrivavl the Glen Massey members were welcomed by Mr H. Seavill. At the afternoon tea adjournment Mr T. Jackson, Glen Massey, thanked the Waingaro Club for Its generous hospitality.
