The Island steamer Makambo arrived at Sydney to-day in completion of a round trip to the New Hebrides. During the voyage cyclonic weather caused the bunkers to run out and horse boxes and other fittings were broken up, the wood being fed to the boilers. Timber was also taken from the decks.
