NEW LEYLAND MODELS.
INTERESTING INNOVATION. In another column appears an announcement by Leyland Motors, Ltd., concerning a new series of light models of the famous British-made Leyland lorry. It is stated that these are' the first absolutely new types which the firm has introduced since the opening of their New Zealand branch ten years ago. An interesting innovation is the christening of the various new models with animal names—the Beaver, the Badger, and the Terrier; while the power-unit is called the Tiger engine. The machines have many interesting new features, and their introduction to the Dominion this month is bound to attract considerable notice from everyone interested in modern transport.
