IMPERIAL FISCAL UNION
BEAVERBROOK ADVOCACY
FREE AND UNRESTRICTED TRADE. BETWEEN BRITISH COUNTRIES. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association). (Received July 1, 10-15 a.m.) LONDON, June 30.
Lord Beaverbrook in the Sunday Express, advocates an Imperial Fiscal Union, within which trade would flow free and unrestricted among all nations under the British flag. He says that if the Empire were organised as it should be the United States would be seeking our continuance of friendship instead of Britain seeking the support of America.
