DELHI, May 15-
It is suspected that Communists made deliberate attempts to destroy the large railway workshops at Lahore. Mysterious outbreaks of lire led to the discovery of a poster signed “One desirous of complete independence" and confessing to acts of incendiarism. The poster also had a warning message slating that an attempt would be made to set fire to other large workshops to-morrow.
Cotton waste soaked in oil was found in the workshops. An organised conspiracy is suspected.
