HOPPITAL BOARD UNSUCCESSFUL. EXAMINATION OF SWABS. (By Telegraph.—Press Acsociation.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. The Magistrate, Mr Young, gave reserved judgment in a case against Dr. C. 11. Upham, from whom the Hospital Board claimed £3B as fees charged by the board for the examination of swabs taken from defendant’s patients.
