At the wool sales 7864 bales were offered, of which 3736 were New Zealand. There was a very miscellaneous offering or all descriptions, and a good tone, with few withdrawals. Late rales were maintained. Prices for Now Zealand clips were: S.S. and S., highest iSA d, average 14d; Whangara. J7d and 10Ad; Mangatoi, 17Jd and 164 d.
