EUCHRE PARTY
EVENING AT NGAHINAPOURI. Last Thursday night the usual fortnightly euchre and dance were held in the Ngahinapouri Hall. The evening was a successful function, similar to the ones previously held, and there was quite a good attendance. An enjoyable time was spent at euchre, which continued until 10 p.m. The prize-winners were Mrs J. J. Ryburn and Mr 0. James. After the game of'cards, a sumptuous supper was served. Dancing then occupied the remainder of the evening. The music was supplied by local ladies, and Mr G. Baker made a capable M.C.
