DISAPPEARANCE OF SILK.
A CLAIM FOR £sl. (By Telegram..—Press Association.) v \ WELLINGTON, Tuesday. In the Magistrate’s Court, Grange and Sons, Ltd., claimed £sl 12s 2d from the Union Steamship Company or the Wellington Harbour Board as a result of, the disappearance of a case of silk transhipped at Sydney into the Maheno for plaintiffs. It was staled that the two defendants were being sued, as it was not known who was liable for the loss, of the case.
