SOUTHERN FARMERS
VISIT TO KING COUNTR . , COMPLETE ARRANGEMENTS MADE. (Special to "Times.) OTO ROMANO A, Tuesday. Arrangements arc already being made to bring before the notice of the 300 visiting Otago and Southland farmers the scenic wonders of this territory and its suitability for ali classes of farming. The visitors will reach the King Country early in June, and arrangements have been' made for a /loci, of 50 cars lo transport them from Te ICuiti to New Plymouth, at the close of the King Country toiir. The transport by road of the party will mark the endeavour as the biggest thing in that respect attempted in this region. It, is considered that no expense should be spared to bring before the notice of the Southern farmers the unbounded possibilities of the King Country.
