HOLIDAYS NEAR END.
SCHOOLS RE-OPEN SOON. Next week will sec the start of the school year, and thousands of children will assemble in the primary schools throughout, the country. Secondary schools will resume some days later. In Hamilton all primary schools will return next Monday, February i, and the Technical High School will also commence the first term on that dale. High School pupils will go back on February 5, the boarders settling down the previous day.
Both the Waikato Diocesan Girls’ School and Southwell Boys’ School will have the first roll-call on February 13.
