BIG LAND DEAL.
LATE O. FARRER’S ESTATE. \ large land deal was completed by Mr. F. A. Pickett, of Morrinsville,* during the week, when Fairmont, the estate of the late Mr. O. 11. Farrer, on the Kcreone Road, consisting of 520 acres, was sold to Mr. J. Cassidy. The price was In the viclnvty of £15,000.
