(B y Ttfew^rga^^cwrjjt.)
After lengthy hearing before the Immigration Board Orr was released. It was stated that he had been an inmate of a mental institution in New Zealand, and, though a British subject, could be deported. Orr produced documents, one being signed by the late Premier, Mr W. P. Massey, to the effect that he was of good character and reputation in New Zealand. Orr said: "It is the first square deal I have ever got from the Courts or authorities in Canada."
