When Auckland fish retailers visited the markets this morning they found an the supplies being sorted Into baskets, which they were offered at'MS Previously they have picked out their own requirements and purphased fish at per lb. { 4tie dealers refused to accept the new method, and held an emergency meeting at which it was decided to set up a committee to make enquiries in regard to future supplies and negotiate with the fishermen. One retailer said they intended to see the matter out to the bitter end, which might mean having to arrange for trawling on a big scale. The distributors refuse to comment.
