By careful checking of the card it has "been ascertained that there are 32 members of the new Parliament definitely committed to the enactment of a full hour's summertime, while between 20 and 30 are not finally committed. ... j If sufficient of these can be induced to support the adoption of the original measure it will probably be introduced as a Government measure in the Legislative Council, where its author is now leader. ..
