BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY*
TROOPS ON FRONTIER* PARAGUAYAN ALLEGATION. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright' (Australian Press Association.) (Received Dec. 14, 1.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Deo. 13. The Paraguayan Charge D'Affaires has delivered a note to the State Department describing the Bolivian-Paraguayan situation as giving rise to a danger of imminent war. Advloes have been received from Paraguay to the effect thatBolivla Ic massing troops and war materials on the border. The Bolivian Minister said be i had no Information from his Government concerning warlike" preparations.
