RHINELAND PROBLEM.
IMPORTANT CONCESSIONS. OFFERED BY FRANCE. SIMULTANEOUS NEGOTIATIONS (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The Lugano correspondent of the Daily Telegraph stales that in a two hours' conference with Herr Strescmann, M. Briand, French Foreign Minister, made important concessions, the effect of which will be that the negotiations for the evacuation of the Rhineland will be conducted simultaneously with the parleys about reparation payments. This implies that as soon as the experts' recommendations result in an agreement between the Governments concerned France will not insist upon the funding of the German debt before recalling her troops from the occupied zone. .
