WOMEN'S INSTITUTE.
FINAL MEETING FOR YEAR. The Te Awamutu Women's Institute held their last meeting for this year on Monday afternoon in the Parish Hall. The meeting was well attended, Mrs H. Y. Collins taking the chair, and Mesdames Baymond Jones and A. A. Chittenden acting as hostesses. A very dainty afternoon tea was served A feature of the afternoon was a mannequin parade of frocks not costing more ; than 4s 6d, and won by Mrs Downes. The Institute will not meet again till next February.
