AMATEUR ATHLETICS.
VISIT OF GERMANS. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.) CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. A special meeting of the council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association was. held to-day to consider a proposal from Victoria with regard to the visit to ihe Dormmon during the present season of the German athletes, Dr. Peltzer and R. Corts. It was decided lo cable the Victorian Association; —“Inclined to cooperate Peltzer and Corts. In order to make a definite decision kindly advise the date of the arrival in New Zealand, the approximate time here, the estimated expenditure, what States arc co-operating, and the best lerm3 for consideration.”
