FRANKTON FATALITY.
ACCUSED AGAIN REMANDED. WILL APPEAR NEXT MONTH. Patrick Deegan, miner, of Glen Afton, charged with being drunk when in charge of a motor car and causing the death of Alexander John Hamilton in connection with the Frankton fatality last Saturday week, appeared again before the Magistrate’s Court this morning, and was remanded until January 23. Condition of Injured. Mr C. Scown and.his two children, Charlie and Mary, who were injured in the level crossing accident of Forest Lake Road on December 1, arc making steady progress. The hospital authorities stated today that all were showing improvement.
