TO BRITAIN AND BACK.
HURLEY'S PROQREBB. ARRrVAL AT SINGAPORE.-f RATHER WINDY TRIP, fj (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright): (Received Nov. 8, 10.30 a.m.) SINGAPORE, Nov. 7. Captain Hurley, in the Spirit of Australia, who is making a trip to Britain and back, arrived here at 1.30 p.m. to-day. The wheels of the plane fouled on the Bunker Racecourse, but sustained, no damage. Captain Hurley said it was rather windy over the Timor Sea, although the weather was fine, but they had become used to it nows and they preferred flying over the sea because it was calmer. The aviators will leave to-morrow for Victoria Point.
