HAMILTON CLUB. WEEK-END PLAY. MATCH WITH CAMBRIDGE. At St. Andrews at the week-end a medal handicap was played and also an inter-club match with visitors from Cambridge. The final for the Intermediate Division club championship between F. Swarbrick and P. Russell was played, and resulted in a win for Swarbrick 3 and 2. Medal Handicap. In the Saturday medal handicap the best cards returned were:— H. Toombs, 95—18—77. A. F. Cole, 93 —16—77. W. Wynne, 81—3—78. T. Simpson, BC8 —78. P. Harkncss, 87—9 —78. Match with Cambridge. In the singles matches the visitors won five games and lost seven, and in the four-ball matches won two, lost three, whilst one finished all square, leaving the balance three games in Hamilton's favour over the whole match.
