Every such nomination must be made and signed by a member oi the Company, and must have endorsed thereon the consent in writing of the person nominated. For the Directorate no nomination paper shall be received unless both the nominator and the- -nominee have previously paid all calls then due by them. Every nomination paper must be left at the office of the Company (addressed to the Secretary and marked -‘Nomination Paper”).
