NOMINATIONS.- —No person shall be eligible for election (or re-election) as a Director or Auditor unless he shall have been previously nominated m writing. Every such nomination must be made and signed by a member oi the Company, and must have endorsed thereon the consent in writing of the person nominated. For the Directorate no nomination paper shall be received unless both the nominator and the- -nominee have previously paid all calls then due by them. Every nomination paper must be left at the office of the Company (addressed to the Secretary and marked -‘Nomination Paper”). NOTE: —Should the number of qualified and eligible persons nominated for the Directorate and for the position of Auditors exceed the number oi vacancies, a poll will be taken and every ORDINARY SHAREHOLDER will receive a BALLOT PAPER (through the post) with full instructions as to the method of voting, and when such ballot papers arc returnable to the Scrutineers. -624: A.
