DRIVING WHILE DRUNK.
SHORTER TERM SUSPENSION. (By Telegraph--Press Association.; DUNEDIN, Monday. When George Hunter failed to appear in the Police Court last Monday to answer a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor 'car, he was fined £lO an 1 his license was cancelled for 12 months. The case was re-heard in the Police Court this morning, when counsel asked if the Magistrate would re-consider the question of the cancellation of the license. HuntA 1 was lined £l3, his license being cancelled ' for three months.
