UNFAIR COMPETITION.
SALE OF MILK ROUND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.} CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. Judgment was given by Mr Justice Adams in' the Supreme Court to-day on an appeal from a decision by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M. David Henry Law, the appellant, by a contract in writing, acquired from-Ernest Halstead a milk round and certain chattels for £390. Law claimed from Halstead £SO on the ground that after the sale Halstead canvassed La\v*s customers and bad injured his business. The Magistrate non-suited plaintiff and the appeal this decision. liis Honur sustained the appeal, giving judgment for Law.
