UNUSUAL ACCIDENT.
CRANKED CAR WHILE IN GEAR. PROMINENT TAHUNA MAN HURT. (Special to Times.) TE AROHA, Wednesdav. While Mr E. Whitechurch, of Tahuna, a member of the'Piako Counfv Council, was cranking his car vcslcrday, the car being evidently hi' -ear bounded forward and knocked" Mr Whitechurch down, inflicting serious injury. The car ran across the road, into a fence. Mr Whitechurch was taken to .his home and received medical attention.
