FOUR TIMES DIVORCED.

MATRIMONIAL VENTURE. OF A RICH DUTCH HEIRESS. SUIT FOR HALF HER FORTUNE. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association). LONDON, May 21. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Chronicle reports a strange divorce case. The Count and Countess of Bertier de Sauvigny are the parties. It is the fourth occasion upon which the countess has figured in a divorce. Originally Miss Georgina Moselmans, she inherited £8,000,000 from an uncle, a Dutch oil magnate. She first married an English officer named Barnard. They were divorced, and the woman married Lord Sholto George Douglas, uncle of the Marquis of Queensbury. That marriage was dissolved. Then the woman married a Turkish Prince, the seventh son of the Sultan Abdul Hamid. Again she was divorced. She married the Count de Sauvigny 18 months ago at a London registry office. The count and countess quarrelled on Uic day after their mariage, and parted, never to meet again. The Court granted a divorce, but stated that it was incompetent to decide whether or not the count is entitled to half ms wife’s fortune, which is usually shared upon divorce. The countess says she vvil lresist the claim.
