OBITUARY.
LORD EVEKSLEY. (British Official Wireless.l RUGBY, April 21. The death has occurred of Lord Eversley who, as Go or pro ShawLefevre, was a prominent Liberal politician for over half a century and a member of the Cabinet in Queen Victoria’s reign. He was in his 081 li year. The deaths are announced of Mrs. Augusta Tighe, of Auckland, aged 87; Mr. Hubert Akers, for many years secretary of (he Waihi Goldmining Go., ;n London; Mr. Charles White, of Onehunga, aged 94; Mr. W. G. Wolfe, of Tc Awamutu, aged 70; Mr. John Dempsey, of Auckland, aged S 8; Mr. John McDougall. of Auckland; and Mr. Archibald Grandison, of Pukekohc; aged 76.
