MANAWATU SPRING SHOW
HOME INDUSTRY ENTRIES Now is the time for all those who intend exhibiting either cooking or fancy needlework at the forthcoming exhibition, which is to he held at Palmerston North, to make their entries, as these will close on Saturday, October 8, at 1 p.m. A very attractive and varied list of classes for needlework is provided, several new classes having been inserted, while classes for girls under 17 years may also he found in the schedule. In the open cooking section, special prizes to the value of £4 arc offered for competition for most points in . this division, together with the very generous cash prizes offered for each class. There is also a novice section for all those who have never won a prize, and the prizes in this section are also very generous. Prize schedules will be posted free to any address on application lo the secretary, P.O. Box 85, Palmerstoii North.
