BOOKMAKER'S CLIENT FINED. Arthur Sclby, a farmer, of Tirau for betting with James Henry Doleman, bookmaker, appeared before Mr W:\''.rn Wilson, S.M., in the Magistral.; Court this morning, and discovered that it was a safer proposition to invest on the totalisator. He was fined 40s, with costs.
