VrSIT TO IRELAND. MR MASSE Y'S SCHOOL VISITED. ADDRESS TO THE CHILDREN. (Received October 5, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, October 4. Sir James Parr, the New Zealand High Commissioner, has returned from Belfast, where he was the weekend guest of the Duke and Duchess of Abercora. He visited Londonderry, where he was welcomed by the Mayor, and also Limavady, the birthplace of the late Mr Massey, where he addressed the children of the school attended by Mr Massey before migrating to New Zealand.
