FROM A FEARFUL TRAGEDY. STOPPED IN THE NICK OF TIfWE. A SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Oct. 6, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, Oct, 4. A double-headed express from Aberdeen to London was racing towards Den of the Logle, a viaduct bridging a steep gorge, when the air reservoir fell from the second engine and derailed It and three oarriages and dining-car. The leading engine was under wonderful control, being brought to a standstill Just as the derailed carriages were scraping the pipes at the edge of the viaduct. There were no casualties.
