DESTRUCTIVE FIRES.
PICTURE HALL DESTROYED. OUTBREAK DURING PERFORMANCE (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) KAITAIA, Monday. A picture hall owned by Mr Powell at Pawarenga, near Whangape, was burned down on Saturday evening. The Are broke out while a him was being screened, and the hall was soon in flames. The audience lefj, in an orderly manner, and no one was injured. A piano and an engine were saved.
